Since 2008, the real estate property management Cabinet GPIMO has built a trustful relationship with its clients as a high end property manager. The CEO Catherine MOINEAUX advocates for professional relations based on transparency, trust, probity and uprightness, that led her and her team to expand the business. The last decade witnessed the growth of complementary services with a successful co-ownership syndicate department, and a high end sales team. 

Open the door to seamless interactions
This exciting scale up rerquested a more interactive website, an evolved sales content management system, and a global information architecture. As the core ambition of the agency was to build bridges between services usually far from each others, the balance between the three areas was crucial to allow the new and current customer a seamless navigation & understanding. 

Giving digital keys for better community
GPIMO launched a feature allowing an easier access to legal documents and payment process for its co-ownership syndicate clients. But as data and customers feedbacks showed a low use of the co-ownership syndicate accounts, due to the age and lack of digital awareness of the clients, the update of the platform became an opportunity for a larger sensibilisation. 

Matching interior design for agency
The initial design needed a make over to feature the prestigious adresses of GPIMO, as well as its position of modern agency, reactive and flexible. At the intersection between the past core values and the modernity of new features and trends, TOVIM found inspiration in the finest environment of Paris architecture.
